How we use LocalSnappy together.
LocalSnappy helps people discover local service providers and contact them. These guidelines explain the directory’s role and the conduct expected when using it.
The directory and your service arrangement
Browsing the public website and requesting a listing are free. The app requires sign-in for directory access. Work, prices, schedules and payments are agreed directly between a customer and provider. LocalSnappy does not accept bookings or payments for the work and does not guarantee enquiries or a particular result.
Accurate details and permission
Submit information about your own work, or obtain the provider’s permission before submitting their details. Keep descriptions accurate and avoid private identity documents. The team can review, reject or remove inaccurate or inappropriate content. Sending a request does not guarantee publication or immediate approval.
Ownership and verification
Submitting or viewing a listing does not grant edit rights. Listing ownership is handled through the app’s verification and review process. A listing, review or badge should not be treated as a guarantee of trade qualifications, identity or suitability for a particular job.
Reviews and respectful use
Reviews should describe real experiences. Do not submit invented, abusive or paid feedback, impersonate another person, harvest contact details or send spam. Use the app’s report tools to flag inaccurate or inappropriate content.
Confirm before arranging work
