LOCALSNAPPY · LOCAL CONNECTIONS

Privacy, in plain language.

This page describes how LocalSnappy currently handles information to run its service directory and website. For questions about your information, contact support@localsnappy.in.

Accounts and app activity

The app uses your email or mobile number for sign-in. It stores your name, optional profile photo, saved providers, reviews, recent searches and preferences when you use those features. Session information is stored on your device to keep you signed in. Operational logs and search statistics help run and improve the service.

Business and worker listings

A published provider profile contains the name, services, locality, work details and relevant contact number supplied for that listing. Provider contact details can be accessed by signed-in directory users through the app’s contact flow. A personal account contact is not automatically a business listing.

Requests submitted without login

The website form collects the name or business name, service, mobile number, state, city, area, optional work description and affirmative consent. Contact details are encrypted in the stored review payload. The team reviews the request before publication and may contact the submitted number. Anonymous submissions cannot edit existing requests.

Location and infrastructure

Sharing your device location is optional. You can choose a city and area manually. Hosting and email services process information needed to operate the app and send sign-in messages. Technical measures such as request limits help prevent misuse. No advertising tracker has been added to this public website.

Corrections and deletion

Profile and Settings provide account controls, including account deletion. A provider listing contributed for another person can remain in the directory after the contributor deletes their account. For a guest request, incorrect listing or access problem, email support with enough information to identify the record. The team may need to confirm your authority before changing it.
