Tell the plumber which room or fitting is affected, when the issue started, and whether the job involves a repair or a new installation. If useful, ask whether they would like a photo over WhatsApp. Keep private documents and unrelated personal information out of any photos you send.
Ask what a visit includes
Check whether inspection, labour and replacement parts are charged separately. Confirm who buys the fittings and whether a return visit is included if the same issue remains. Agree on the expected work and any additional charges before the work starts. There is no fixed LocalSnappy plumbing rate.
